The client who retains you in March started searching in January.
By the time somebody searches for a divorce attorney, they have usually spent weeks
reading about property division, custody schedules, and what the process costs. Those
earlier searches are cheaper to win, and they decide who gets the call. We build search
visibility for divorce and family law firms, and nothing else.

What better visibility is worth, in signed matters
Rankings are not the product. Retained matters are. Set your own numbers below and the arithmetic stays visible the whole way, so nothing here is a black box.
Step 3 · What better visibility is worth
$97,200
in annual fees from search sourced matters
6 matters × 60% from search = 3.6
20% lift = 0.72 additional matters/mo
$11,250 blended fee across 4 matter types = $8,100/mo
$8,100 × 12 = $97,200/year
Step 4 · Against what it costs
The Platinum program is $325 a month, or $3,900 a year.
$451per additional matter signed
These are illustrative projections based on figures you entered. They are not a forecast, a guarantee, or a representation of results.
They search their situation before they search for you.
A person considering divorce does not begin with your name, and does not begin with the
phrase divorce attorney. They begin with the question that woke them up.
How is property divided. Do I have to sell the house. Can I move out before filing. How
do custody schedules actually work. Do I even need a lawyer for this. Those searches
happen late at night, on a phone, often in a private window, and they can run for weeks
before anyone picks up a phone.
Divorce lawyer plus a city name is the most contested and most expensive term in this
market. The situational queries above are far cheaper to win, they reach the same person
weeks earlier, and they arrive at the moment when trust is still being decided.
The firm that answered the early question is the firm that gets called when the decision
finally lands. Not because of a ranking, but because it had already been useful once, at
an hour when nobody else was.

Most legal SEO spends the whole budget on the one keyword that costs the most and arrives the
latest.
This is also where AI assistants are already active in this practice area. People describe
their situation to a chat interface before they type anything into a search box, and the
pages that get cited are the ones that answer a specific question directly in the first
sentence, without a preamble. Structuring content that way is not a trick. It is the same
discipline that makes a page useful to a reader.
Lawyer advertising is regulated by each state bar. The rules vary significantly between
states and they change. An agency that publishes content or chases reviews on a firm
behalf without knowing that exists is a liability, not an asset.
Communications about a firm services must not be false or misleading. In practice that is a content standard as much as an ethics one, because every claim needs to be substantiable.
Client testimonials are restricted or prohibited in some states, and where they are permitted they commonly require a disclaimer. An agency that offers to get you reviews without raising this has not considered your position.
Past results typically require a disclaimer noting that outcomes depend on the facts of each case. Where results are referenced at all, that language travels with them.
Terms such as specialist and expert are regulated in many states and may require certification. We do not put them into a firm copy on our own initiative.
Some states require advertising copy to be retained, and a few require it to be filed in advance. Your firm knows which applies. We work to whatever you tell us.
How that changes the work
Everything we write is delivered to the firm for review before publication. We do not
publish on a firm behalf without sign off, and we do not ask a firm to accept copy it has
not read. Where a state requirements shape what can be said, you tell us and we write to
it.
To be plain about our position. We are a marketing agency. We are not a law firm, we
employ no attorneys, and nothing on this site is legal or ethics advice. Confirm current
requirements with your state bar.

What we do
Five services, all of them month to month. Most firms need the first three. The five step method underneath them is the same every time: market review, keyword analysis, on page checks, authority build, then report and refine.
The core program. Keyword targets across your practice focus and county, situational content, authority building, and a monthly report you can check line by line. From $65 a month.
Family law is filed at the county level, so proximity and county relevance matter more here than in most fields. Google Business Profile, local relevance signals, and review handling that respects the constraints in your state.
Situational content written for the searches that come weeks before the decision. Every piece is delivered for firm review before publication, with keyword research, a featured image, revisions until approved, and full ownership. From $26 a month.
Site structure that separates practice areas properly, page speed, schema, and an on page audit with the findings written in plain English rather than exported from a crawler. Included from Golden upward.
An SEO ready site for a solo practitioner or small firm, built once and owned outright. From $400, one time, quoted separately from the monthly program.
07
The matters you handle
Five practice focuses with genuinely different search behavior, different vocabulary, and different economics. A firm competing across more than one of them needs more than twenty keyword targets, which is why we usually recommend Platinum or higher.
Longest cycle · highest ticket
High net worth divorce
Business valuation, closely held assets, deferred compensation. The research phase runs for months and the search is regional or national rather than purely local, because the client will travel for the right firm.
The shortest gap between search and call anywhere in family law, with its own vocabulary around schedules, relocation and emergency orders. Often the entry matter that becomes a full divorce case.
Jurisdiction is genuinely complicated and the vocabulary is distinct, from residency questions to pension division. The searching population relocates, which changes what local means. Very few firms write for it properly.
A cooperative client searching cooperative language. Process curious, cost sensitive, and actively avoiding anything adversarial, which means the copy that wins a contested case loses this one.
Adoption, guardianship, prenuptial agreements, post decree modifications, and domestic violence matters, each handled with the care the subject requires and none of them written as a lead magnet.
Legal marketing agencies commonly quote between three and twenty thousand dollars a
month. Our programs run from $65 to $575. You should want to know why before you believe
either number.
The answer is not that we do the same work for less. We do less work, at a lower price,
and we show you all of it. Every link we build is delivered with a live URL. Click them.
Read the sites. Read the content. Then decide whether to pay for month two.
Ask any other agency for a full URL list of everything they built last month, and watch
what happens. That is the entire argument, and it is the only one we make about price.
What this is not
No strategist on retainer. No PPC management. No custom site build bundled in. No
monthly video call unless you want one. No account team. If you need full service
marketing management, you need a different agency and it will cost several thousand a
month.
What this is
Authority building, content, and technical work. Priced transparently, cancelable
monthly, with a dedicated account manager and every deliverable verifiable by URL.
Setup fee waived on every tier.

Every tier is month to month, cancel anytime, and available as a monthly subscription or a one
time order. For a family law firm competing across several practice focuses and a county, we
recommend Platinum or Titanium. Twenty keywords does not cover it, and we would rather say so
than sell you a plan that underdelivers.
09
Every link arrives with a URL you can open
This is the answer to the price question, so it gets the most room on the page. The
report is a list, not a dashboard. You read it in about four minutes.
Each month you get the placements we built, the live URL for every one of them, the
domain authority of the host, and the target keyword it supports. Nothing is described as
an impression, a signal, or an initiative.
The links are yours permanently. If you cancel, they stay published and they keep
working. You are not renting an asset that disappears when the invoice stops.
We do not guarantee rankings, and we will not put a number on your case volume. Anyone
who does is either guessing or lying, and a partner can tell the difference.

Offered through the parent agency. Pricing is not published here because we have not verified current rates, and we will not print a number we cannot stand behind.
Worth knowing before you ask: review solicitation is restricted in some states and the workable approach depends on your bar current guidance. We would need to talk about your state first.
These are case studies published by our parent agency, Ultra SEO Solutions, working since 2009. They are linked so you can read them in full. They are not projections for your firm, and only one of them is a law firm.
No, and we will not. Search results are controlled by a third party whose ranking systems change constantly, so any guarantee is either meaningless or a lie. What we guarantee is delivery: the placements listed in your tier, built and reported with live URLs, every month.
+
How is this cheaper than agencies quoting five thousand a month?
Because the scope is smaller and the overhead is not there. A five thousand dollar retainer usually buys a strategist, an account manager, a monthly call, paid media management, and the agency own margin on all of it. We do authority building, content and technical work, and we show you every deliverable. If you need the rest, you need a different agency.
+
Who checks the content against my state advertising rules?
Your firm does, and we build the workflow around that. Everything is delivered for review before publication, we publish nothing without sign off, and we write to whatever constraints you tell us apply. We are a marketing agency, not a law firm, and we do not give legal or ethics advice.
+
Do you work with other practice areas?
Not on this site. Divorce and family law only. The vocabulary, the search behavior, the case economics and the compliance posture are specific enough that specializing is worth more to you than breadth is to us. Our parent agency works across other industries if you need something outside this.
+
What happens to the links if I cancel?
They stay published and they keep working. You own the assets permanently, there is no contract and no notice period, and canceling stops the next month rather than removing the last one. That is the difference between building an asset and renting a service.
+
How long before anything moves?
Expect three to six months before position changes are meaningful, longer on competitive county terms. First month turnaround runs from eight to eighteen days depending on tier, and that is delivery of the work rather than results from it. A firm that needs cases this quarter should be buying paid search, not this.
